Roe specializes in Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic/Visceral Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Reprogramming (NMR), Trigger Point, Tissue Unwinding and Stress Reduction Massage.
She works with clients experiencing pain from surgery scars with remarkable success; not only alleviating their pain symptoms but increasing their range of motion as well as reducing their scar tissue significantly – even with scars that were very old.
Her bodywork training began in 2009 at Alive & Well, completing over 1200 hours of training in just five years. She has also gotten advanced training in Lymphatic Massage and for the past three years has been deepening her studies in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as a teacher’s assistant.
“Seeing the big picture is important when working with a client who may have complex issues. Since each client is different, I enjoy being a detective and putting all the puzzle pieces together in order to come up with the best strategy for them. Each session can be a very unique blend of my trainings.”
In addition to bodywork Roe has been teaching Yang style Tai Chi and I-Chuan Chi Chung for over 21 years in the Plum Blossom Lineage of Doc-Fai Wong. And, she is currently owned by two beautiful Bengal cats named Arya and Buddy.
